Megan Babiface is a 19-year-old student at the University of Southern California. She is currently majoring in business with a focus in marketing. When she’s not in class or studying, she’s usually spending time with her friends or exploring Los Angeles. Megan is what you would call a “normal” teenager. But what does a day in her life look like? We followed Megan around for a day to find out.
I’m up at 8am to take my dog, Simon, out for a walk. I live in New York City, so we have to navigate around a lot of people and traffic. We make our way to Central Park and walk for about an hour before heading back home.
I shower and get dressed for the day. I usually go for a casual look – jeans and a t-shirt or dress. I work from home, so I don’t need to worry about dressing too formally.
I head downstairs and make myself breakfast. I generally keep it pretty simple – eggs, toast, and coffee. I sit down at my kitchen table and eat while catching up on the news or reading a book.
After breakfast, I spend some time working on my blog or checking social media. I also respond to any emails that need my attention. Around noon, I take a break to make lunch.
I typically work until mid-afternoon, when I take another break to go for a run or workout at the gym. Afterward, I come home and shower before getting back to work.
I wrap up my workday around 6pm and make dinner. Once everything is cleaned up, I relax for the evening by watching tv or reading. I try to be in bed by 10pm so I can get a good night’s sleep!
As a busy working mom, I don’t have a lot of time to myself during the day. I’m up at 6am to get my daughter ready for school and then I’m off to work. I usually try to get in a quick workout before starting my day, but sometimes I just don’t have the time. I’m usually at work by 8am and I try to take a break around lunchtime to eat something healthy and get in a little bit of exercise. I finish up work around 5pm and then it’s time to pick up my daughter and head home. We usually have dinner together as a family and then it’s bedtime for her. I try to wind down for the night with a good book or some television. It’s been a long day, but it’s been a good one.
Megan Babiface is a busy mom of three, so her nighttime routine is all about winding down and getting ready for bed. After putting the kids to bed, she takes a few moments for herself to relax. She may read a book or take a bath before getting into bed. Once in bed, she uses a sleep app on her phone to help her fall asleep.
What I Eat in a Day
I’m a pretty typical college student when it comes to my eating habits. I usually wake up around 7:30 or 8 and head to the dining hall for breakfast. I’ll either get some eggs and toast or a bowl of cereal. Then I’ll head to my first class of the day.
Lunch is usually around noon, and I’ll usually eat at the dining hall again. I’ll usually get a salad or some soup and a sandwich. If I’m feeling extra hungry, I’ll grab a slice of pizza or some chicken nuggets too. Then it’s back to class until late afternoon.
After classes are done for the day, I’ll usually go to the gym for a workout. Once I’m done working out, I’ll grab a quick dinner at the dining hall before heading back to my room to study or relax for the rest of the night.

Today, Megan is sharing her typical exercise routine with us. She starts her day with a cup of coffee and then heads to the gym for a quick cardio session. After that, it’s time for some strength training.
Megan likes to switch up her workouts, but some of her favorite exercises include squats, lunges, and deadlifts. After a few sets of those, she’ll do some HIIT (high-intensity interval training) on the treadmill or elliptical machine.

I start off by cleansing my face with a gentle cleanser. This helps remove any dirt or impurities that my skin has collected overnight. Next, I tone with an alcohol-free toner to balance the pH levels of my skin. Then, it’s time for serum! I like to use a Vitamin C serum to brighten and boost collagen production.
After serum, I apply a light layer of moisturizer all over my face. This helps hydrate my skin and keep it looking plump and healthy. In the summer months, I also like to use a light sunscreen under my makeup to protect my skin from the sun’s harmful rays.
And that’s it! A simple yet effective skincare routine that leaves my skin looking and feeling its best.
Hair Care Routine
The first step in any good hair care routine is to shampoo and condition the hair. This helps to remove any build-up of dirt, oil, and products from the hair and scalp. Next, Megan likes to use a leave-in conditioner to help keep her hair hydrated and looking healthy. She also uses a detangling brush to help her brush through her wet hair without damaging it.
After her shower, Megan likes to apply a heat protectant spray to her damp hair before blow-drying it. Once her hair is dry, she uses a curling wand or flat iron to style it into place. To finish off her look, Megan uses a light-hold hairspray to help keep her hairstyle in place all day long.
